If you are afraid to get in front of the camera but you are good at writing, try article marketing. Start writing articles with tips, walk-throughs, reviews, and personal experiences that others can learn and benefit from. Then submit these articles to article directories to get exposure.
One of the main things you will want to have regardless of what approach you do is a blog. Your blog will be the main hub that will allow you to brand yourself and also share your personal experience, plus above all this is where you can begin to grow a list of prospects.
If you focus on adding value to yourself and then in turn share this with your prospects you will naturally attract people to you without ever having to cold call or chase people down. What I am talking about is “Attraction Marketing” and it is a very real thing.
You must market yourself with intentions of helping first, give without want. I am focusing on this because I need you to understand that you must get the idea of selling out of your mind. Join social media groups relevant to your niche (Health and Fitness). Offer to help and give suggestions so that you can grow a long term relationship with your friends and followers. Remember, people buy from people they trust!

Now if you decide you want to market locally to people you know, your friends, people at your local church, your local gym, or just people in the general area that are into getting healthy let’s cover a few ways to go about this.
