Forgive me if I make this quick but I JUST finished my Shaun T Insanity Workout – Max Plyometrics workout and pretty much got my butt handed to me! This one focuses A LOT more on Push-ups and gravity fed resistance. My shoulders and arms are anything but alive… I’ve heard tomorrow’s workout is even more ridiculous!

But anyway, fitness aside, today I am going to talk to you about nutrition. Some info will be slightly similar to the past couple weeks but it’s mostly focused on how to understand actual portions when planning meals.

I’m sure you have heard of something like “50/30/20” and even if you haven’t, that’s exactly what I am going to clearify and explain! Be prepared, pause and rewind if need be to learn everything you need because that’s why I give you these videos!
