Yesterday (Monday, December 14th, 2009) signified the very first time I have tried Shakeology and the very first time I have committed to 30 full days without coffee.

This is no easy feat! Coffee has been part of my daily routine for over 5 years now, at least once a day if not 2-3 times. I don’t mean a simple 1 cup of coffee. When I say I coffee I mean 1-2 shots of espresso, steamed milk, sugar, all that good/ evil stuff.

I take my coffee seriously! With that said, Shakeology promises a much healthier avenue for achieving the energy boost I so love from coffee. But how true is that? How can I prove to myself and to everyone else that Shakeology is as real as it promises?

My conclusion, a 30-day challenge where I go COLD TURKEY and completely remove all coffee! Ouch right?

Well, it’s not as bad as it sounds. I have had the skeptics telling me it won’t happen. I have had others say they are going to completely avoid me during those 30-days in an attempt to remain alive. Others have just said it’s silly.

I agree that it’s not easy to just give something up WHEN YOU DON’T HAVE A TRUE REASON BEHIND YOUR ACTIONS! I feel so strongly about this that NOTHING will stop me and all those silly comments only power my desire to get there.

At the end of 30-days I will truly be able to give a fully honest and untainted review of Shakeology. That is my desire and that is exactly what I will accomplish!

Yesterday and today I mixed my Chocolate Shakeology as follows:

  • 1 cup 1% Milk
  • 1 scoop Shakeology
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 C all natural peanut butter
  • 6 cubes of ice

All I have to say is “AMAZING“. It just makes my taste buds dance with all my favorite flavors. I really feel like I am drinking an ice cream dessert more than an incredibly healthy shake.

You are absolutely missing out if you have not looked into Shakeology for yourself, I am not kidding or just saying it. I fully, honestly, completely stand behind it.

Learn more about Shakeology right not! Replace your coffee, junk food, or other bad habits with something that will change your health for the better today.
