How I Did It…

I started my Beachbody journey in Dec 08...

With the P90X workout...

After 90-days I looked like this...

Then I tried Insanity...

Then I discovered how well Shakeology compliments fitness with Nutrition...

So I added it...

Now I use a Hybrid of P90X / Insanity & drink Shakeology every day...

And I look like this...

While transforming myself I also became an Independent Beachbody Coach and to date I've earned checks like this...

I commit to my own health and share my journey with people like you to show you it's possible...

I help you get started with the program that suites you and I coach you by keeping you accountable (Through email, Skype, TxT, Calls, etc.)
