10 Minute Trainer Review – Something for everyone!

I know lot’s of folks have heard of P90X but for some they may find that they are not ready for the extreme fitness level or even the time required.
Sound like the case for you? That’s perfectly ok, I want to introduce you to Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer.
Beachbody and Tony Horton developed the 10 Minute Trainer for those looking to get in shape but with less than the desirable time to spend at the gym or at home working out. 10 Minute Trainer is exactly as it sounds, you get all of your fitness in 10 minutes including cardio, resistance, and stretch training.
10 Minute Trainer is focused on “super-stacking” which basically combines cardio and resistance into a 10 minute routine without focusing on each individually. This allows a dramatic decrease in required time and is perfect for those on the go or even for those just not ready for the intensity of something like P90X.
What matters is that you do something! 10 Minutes does not sound like much but when you combine effective cardio and resistance training into the 10 most important minutes of the day you are bound to get results.
10 Minute Trainer combines Fat-Burning Cardio, total-body toning and sculpting, and abs workouts in one 10 minute routine.
